The cartridge combines several filtration media and the RO membrane into one engineered assembly. The simpler replacement format does not mean fewer filtration functions.
Does the faucet show filtered-water TDS?
Yes. The faucet display alternates between source-water and purified-water TDS information, while also showing filter, WiFi and flushing status.
How often should the filter be replaced?
The all-in-one cartridge is designed for up to 2,000 gallons or 24 months under normal conditions. Actual life varies with source-water quality and household use, and the app tracks remaining life.
Can I connect the system to a refrigerator or another dispenser?
It can support additional water-dispensing equipment with the correct accessories and installation setup. Contact support first to avoid frequent system cycling or an unsuitable connection.
Is this system suitable for well water?
The system is designed for municipal tap water. Well-water quality varies significantly and may require pretreatment based on sediment, hardness, iron and microbiological conditions.
Does reverse osmosis add minerals back into the water?
